​DWIGHT THOMAS

Founder/President

Dwight, who grew up in Miami Florida owns a Private Investigative Agency/ Consultant company. He has a BA in Political Science and a Master's degree in psychology from Colorado Technical University. He has 12 years of experience as a Private Detective and 9 years in Security Management.

He has a passion for his community. He has been helping the homeless for almost a decade before deciding to become a nonprofit organization in efforts of taking it a step further by using his career background to make a difference, while assisting other nonprofit organization with the same goals in mind. Dwight Thomas is the CEO of his consultant company I.A.D.T Enterprise LLC.

​GUERDINE DEUS

Guerdine oversees and coordinates projects and events for T4T Inc. As a Miami, FL native, she attended City College and Broward College, with a dual degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice with Crime Scene Emphasis. One of her continuing career goals is to become a prominent Crime Scene Investigator. She is currently a litigation paralegal at a multi-purpose law firm. In the meantime, she enjoys her free time serving the community and helping the less fortunate.

MATTHEW BARAN

Board Member

Matt has focused his career on program planning and development with an emphasis on social programs and community involvement.  He has extensive experience in business management, strategic planning, grant writing, and organization support. Matt is also proficient in policy writing and implementation, helping to protect both organizations and the people working with them. Serving communities in capacities that range from mental health and addictions, housing, family and youth supports.
